How do we Operate?

Once you contact us, our friendly crew will arrange a visit to your facilities, discuss your disinfection needs, measure the floor area or surfaces needed and prepare a quote.
Once you have accepted our quote, we will endeavour to book your business at the most convenient time.
When our team arrives to disinfect, all surfaces must be cleaned and free of debris or organic matter. (All Disinfection systems need clean surfaces to work)
Disinfected areas will be out of boundaries while disinfection is taking place but available after 3-5 mins (depending on the ventilation system)

What is Tempano®?

Tempano® is a cutting-edge technology based on a physical agent that uses temperature to eliminate unwanted microorganisms. The device was developed to disinfect and sterilise surfaces with the aim of eliminating pests, fungi, viruses and bacteria.

Our technology is a safe, energy-efficient, and cost-effective disinfection process on a larger scale. This uniqueness is an advantage over most technologies in today's market that use chemical agents.

Chemicals are dangerous for humans and the environment. However, the biggest downside is their potential to develop resistance in micro-organisms, reducing their effectiveness over time and creating superbugs.

HOW DOES TEMPANO® WORK?

Tempano® is a device that repurposes and compresses CO2 to obtain a sublimation fog. Sublimation is the vapour state of CO2 that is not only dry but extremely cold with temperatures below -78० celsius. Because of the extremely low temperatures, micro-organisms are frozen and returned to room temperature in record time. This sudden temperature change will penetrate cells and rupture them, disrupting normal microbial function and causing permanent structural damage to pathogens and pests.

This sublimated fog is dry and disappears within seconds and can be used on various surfaces, including; electronic devices, machinery, fabrics, food, vegetables, metals, plastics and more. Tempano's technology easily reaches inaccessible areas within different industries, helping eliminate various unwanted micro-organisms to meet specific requirements and safety standards.

What can Tempano do?
