Managing Director
Pat is our Managing Director here at Caligo Ltd. Pat is a visionary entrepreneur who is the founder of Caligo NZ. As a former dentist, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the health sector. He has a sound understanding of microbiology, biosafety, infection prevention, and health & safety regulations.
As a New Zealand Digital Dental specialist, he worked with cutting-edge technology for an international Dental Company, providing consultancy to their European branch. This enabled him to work closely with emerging technologies and understand how to help reduce a business's carbon footprint, biohazardous waste, and energy efficiency.
Further in his career, he ventured into the business world and graduated from the University of Auckland with a PGDip in Bussiness Management. Skills he later used in his leadership roles at some of Auckland's larger non-corporate Dental business groups. He focused on infection prevention, standards of practice, and everyday business, including safety against COVID-19. As a result, he clearly understands how to support companies to meet health and safety requirements in line with Government Covid Restrictions.

NICOLAS ARROYO
Nicolas oversees all operational activities within the organisation. Nicolas is a University of Auckland Graduate with a bachelor's degree in Commerce. Majoring in Management and Operations Management, Nicolas holds 8+ years of experience distributed across multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Freight Forwarding and FMGC.
Nicolas has previously held management positions at an International Freight Forwarding company, focusing on air freight imports and cross-docking. Furthermore, his experience accounts for a key account procurement specialist role for an industry-leading FMGC company.
Nicolas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from a number of different industries that will aid the vision of Caligo and support achieving the highest standard of service possible.

IGNACIO ARROYO
Ignacio is a young skilful, and positive member of our team at Caligo. His friendly nature and approachability will ensure to improve your customer experience.
His background in undergraduate psychology has allowed him to understand and work with various people. His experience in retail has prepared him to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Through his work experience, Ignacio has developed a range of skills that enable him to maintain stable lines of communication with customers and ensure that their needs and questions are answered in a timely manner.

Ximena oversees customer services and general business administration, including booking coordination. She is an exceptional team member. Ximena has experience in sales, business development, management and more than 20 years in the education sector.
Ximena can easily relate with people and has the talent to solve problems with extreme efficiency. Ximena has a passion for business innovation and continuously seeks to promote efficiency across various areas. Ximena's creativity has been the driving force behind our marketing campaign, including developing our website and promotional videos.
